No. VibeLogic is a behavioural assessment and workforce intelligence tool, not a recruitment agency — we don't source or place candidates. We help employers and candidates understand behavioural fit, so hiring and team decisions are based on more than a resume.

No. Personality tests describe who you are in the abstract. VibeLogic measures how you actually behave at work across 6 metrics — Working Style, Spike Profile, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, and Learning Agility — and maps you to one of 12 work archetypes for a practical, team-fit picture rather than a personality label.

The assessment is 25 questions and takes about 10–15 minutes. It's completely free for individuals — fresh grads, professionals, and career movers all get a full report at no cost.

An instant report covering your archetype, Spike Profile, a full behavioural breakdown across all 6 metrics, career-fit recommendations, and a personal development roadmap — delivered by email and shareable as a profile card.

The assessment includes a built-in Social Desirability Index that flags response patterns consistent with answering to look good rather than answering instinctively. This is treated as a response-pattern flag for further validation, not a pass/fail judgment — employers are advised to validate flagged profiles through behavioural interviews.
